Is it hard to part with favorite t-shirts? We're attached to our worn-out Pink Floyd Shirt from the 1995 tour and have been resisting cutting it up for rags (our usual practice for non-donatable clothing). So we're intrigued by the Washington Post's suggestion to turn old t-shirts into quilts. Uncommon Goods offers a Memory Quilt Kit for just that purpose. What do you think about this idea? Would you love snuggling up to Bono, even in t-shirt form? Or does the thought of old t-s and baby clothes on your bed turn you off?
