It's impossible to pass the enticing windows of Home Autour du Monde in the Marais and not stop in for a peek...
A smart boutique with a modern aesthetic and a nose for what’s fresh without being trendy, Home Autour du Monde is an unmissable design destination in the Marais. Founded by Serge Bensimon, the two-level shop has a changing selection of globally sourced tableware, decorative objects, furniture, bedding, rugs, lighting, and more. The upstairs has high ceilings and exposed beams, and there's a bed in the vaulted basement that is set according to the seasons. There’s something here for every budget, and lots of complimentary inspiration. If only the help did not run so hot and cold. But like a restaurant with great food and unreliable service, we keep going back.

This is one of my favorite stops in Paris (which says something, doesn't it?). I stock up on Bensimon Tennis shoes and lust after the sleek, happy interior filled with everything I want. Thanks for the pics. I'm yearning!
We are thinking about visiting the south of France or Spain next September. I said to my husband that we will not go to Paris this time. Please do not display Le Marais lovely shops anymore because you tend me too much.
