Here is the second of several mini-tours of the homes that the residents so generously opened up for us to see last Friday during our House Tour Party. Sam Rosen of One Design and The Post Family lives and works in two adjoining units. Enjoy the tour (and the photos of the adorable four legged resident)...

Nice place. The woman in the brown, short sleeved top looks like Drew Barrymore.
The picture of "Drew" with the dog is priceless! They're both smiling the same!
anyone know where those bedside tables come from? simple design, nice size, a bit of the Shaker about them. ideas?
Wow! That looks like a giant version of Porkchop!

Nice space. The exposed pipes, the raw brick, the warm paint colors, and I lurrrrrrrrrve the hardwood flooring througout.
Hrm. Want to swap spaces Sam? :)
Stunning. I love this place. I would move in and not touch or change a thing. That speaks volumes. This space is very stylish but yet brings so many personal elements into it so that you know it is a lived in home. If I went on the tour you would have had to kick me out.
What kind of dog is that and can I have him? (lovely space, too!)
Hey--that's my dog! Almost identical (so weird!). I always new that goldendoodle owners had great taste!
I wonder if his dog also stole/ate a present from under the christmas tree tonight...
The bedside lamps are from IKEA. $11.99, I think. They look more expensive than that...

We have two.
And I would really like a cursor in this comment window...
I LOVE the the red door(s)... they compliment so nicely the wall color and floors. I also love the blinds. They work very nicely in the place. They look commercial and they go perfectly.
I see Ikea and CB2 sprinkled throughout and mixed in with other classic pieces (like the ikea table at the foot of the bed and the Eames chair at the desk).
This is a great example for all the naysayers out there that a beautiful home and great interior design can be accomplished without shelling out a fortune for expensive furnishings.
Beautiful home!
This place (and the owners) looks familiar. I think it was on HGTV's Freestyle
tahitianpearl, now that you mention it... "Drew's" dog DOES have the same smile! too cool!
omg sam i didnt know you had a A DOODLE!
yours looks JUST like my Stella (who turns four on sunday and just finished eating a hat! ha!)

I'm dying of doodle envy. ADORABLE.
"Drew" told me, while I was on the tour, that Brandon from down the hall installed the red door for them! What a family ; )
Sam's space was a bore. It looked like Pottery Boring, Crate and Boring... why was it on this website?
