Here is the third of several mini-tours of the homes at 845 West Fulton, where the residents generously opened up their lofts for AT: Chicago readers to visit earlier this month during our House Tour Party. Brandon Fenninger is a furniture designer who has an amazingly organized, compact wood shop integrated right into his loft, along with a bedroom tucked in to the area above the bathroom. Photos below of his live/work space, some examples of his design and his loftmate:

Very cool... but I would be nervous sleeping on that bed!! Love the bar shelving under the countertop.
Nice space. Your "loftmate" is particularily adorible with his/her tongue sticking out. Don't roll out of bed!
This loft is a prime example of what I love seeing on AT--a small space that has been made beautiful through intelligence, care and creativity. It makes the gears in my brain turn just looking at the photos. Very inspiring. Thanks!
are there any more photos of how he setup his awesome little workshop?
please, give us a tour of his woodworking studio!
kdkaboom-
sorry! those are the only pix of the woodshop we have.
But maybe you can go back and take more photos? Maybe he will agree to have his woodshop featured in an apartment tour? :D
Vanessa-
We'll try!
It looks like he's living in a piece of art- how beautiful! I love chic, small apartments that make good use of space! Those chairs are so unique- I'd love to own anything remotely close to stylish like that. And the kitty is adorable =)
Kind of a dumpy couch to go with the rest of the look, isn't it?
These little loft tours are really making me want a loft. Which is not somehting I normally want!
I think it would look cool if you replaced the cabinet doors with some custom doors made by you.
Roomba is the new obligatory cat.
i would totally love a tour of his workshop! convince him it is imperative, life and death! :)
