AT On... It's Nice That

It's Nice That is a design blog that aims to document and inspire creative talent. We love their name and, when we dug around to see if we'd blogged them before, we found a "nice" surprise...

It's Nice That is a phrase that, apparently, comes up often when we get together and talk about our homes. Just the use of the phrase here on Apartment Therapy gave us a silly feel-good grin:

It's nice that the place is cleaned up and de-cluttered...

It's nice that some people bother. It's nice that some people go over the top.

...it's nice that the tourists can no longer peer up into my apartment.

...it's nice that there is finally an ikea within 20 miles of my house.

It's nice that you like having pictures of your friends around...

...it's nice that most of the guess-work is taken care of.

...it's nice that everything isn't overdone.

...it's nice that it can be tucked under the sink a bit when it's not in use.

It's nice that clothes don't get stuck on the hamper itself like they do on unlined versions.

It's nice that she reused an old piece of furniture...

...it's nice that it has a lid.

It's nice that it doubles as a wall sculpture.

It's nice that their catalogue is online...

It's nice that the wires are hidden away...

...it's nice that you're adapting your home for him!

It's nice that they're almost 100% recycled...

...it's nice that they offer a smaller option for tight spaces.

It's nice that they vary tints of white.

...it's nice that everyone has their happy space in the house.

...it's nice that they did what they could with a (probably) limited budget...

It's nice that you like stuff though and think it's cool.

It's nice that the kitchen and bath are a good size...

It's nice that there are people out there committed to maintaining these treasures.

...it's nice that you were able to keep the futon and the bed...

...it's nice that you can get expansion posts...

...it's nice that blogs are friends...

It's nice that there's a window up there...

It's nice that the doorbell allows MP3...

It's nice that you are willing to do your daughters room as she wants it...
