does wallpaper go above or below the chair rail when used in combination with paint?

I love these too - and have been so obsessed with wallpaper these days! I actually posted about these specific ones on my blog not too long ago.
You should keep in mind that the pricing is for SINGLE rolls (most wallpapers come in double rolls these days). Not such a bargain after all.
Wait--they've carried the wallpaper onto the FLOOR behind the pink chair. Who does that?!?

Atomic Doodle just brought me back to my grandmother's kitchen.
That wallpaper is sold in continuous rolls (with less waste) and are 27" wide vs. the usual 18" double rolls you might find at Home Depot or Lowe's. And they are handprinted.
And by the way, instead of putting your paper above or below a chair rail, run it from floor to ceiling on one wall and paint the other walls the paper's background color - just like they did in the 50's. (Looks sweet!)
