I have the shower curtain used as a drape near the door. In fact, I have three of them because I loved the large scale leaves and the colors. Two are still in the package waiting for me to recover my outdoor furniture cushions with them. LOVE

I can't really judge the space, but I would put my bedroom in the den and have the great room as a fabulous living room. Maybe it's not possible given the size, but nonetheless, I really like your place!

What an unusual bathroom - the shower is in the den? I would have liked to have seen how the rest of the space works as I'm loving the great room and the garden!

I came to the U.S. from a tropical island country and it's so wonderful to see living spaces in a tropical environment! The colors especially are perfect. And I soooo want a little garden space like yours!

@DodieGoldney... @MrsWj...thanks for your nice comments, the monstera leaf shower curtain and rug were purchased from Target on the mainland but I thought they were perfect for Hawaii.

@Rlmesq...although it looks like the same green on the walls, I actually chose a color called "Lemon Balm" for the den but the fluorescent lighting then makes it appear green, but I do still love it anyways.

@Girl Jen...thanks so much for your great comments, I got the quilt many years ago online from Speigel (when they used to sell bedding) and fell in love with the colors. I loved it so much this is actually my second one, after my dog loved the first quilt too much with his little paws!
