Gotta love New York!
Wait, no, not love, I mean that other thing... "never want to live there."
So there's small and there is SMALL! I don't believe in big houses (my own is quite small) but you could never spend any time at home in that place. I mean, you need to be able to easily walk around your furniture.
I don't trust an apt listing that doesn't include pics of common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room). That makes the BK share you shared a bit scary.
