From A to Z. In a moment of optimism, we picked up B is for Baby: 26 Projects from A to Z by Suzonne Stirling at Jo-Ann's. While we may not make it through 26 projects, we like this book for the variety of projects (sewing, paper, painting, stamping, decoupage, etc.) and the variety of skill levels required (none too high).
Stirling has chosen a project for every letter of the alphabet - A is for Announcements, F is for First Shoes, M is for Mobile, U is for Ultrasound Frame, etc. The projects are classic and you can suit them to your aesthetic with your choice of fabrics, paper or paint colors.
Whether you're getting ready to feather your nest for your baby or want to make gifts for others, you're bound to find some projects you like here. Don't sew? - don't sweat it, choose a paper project like bookplates or personalized stationery or try a no-sew fabric covered nightlight.
Find B is for Baby at your local bookstore or online here ($16.95).
