Adding indirect light sources can add the feel of space to tight quarters. This is a really fine example of an indirect light source, brought to us by the awesome kitchen folks, Poggenpohl. It's a backlit glass backsplash. It's lit by concealed LED lights that gradually change colors, which really isn't necessary, but looks undeniably cool...
The backsplash is on display at Poggenpohl's Park Avenue South showroom for anyone who wants to see it installed. We liked the design so much that we've been working on our own version!

Cool backsplash, but it is the Stelton thermal carafe that catches my eye.
How, Joey? HOW? I am LED-wiring ignorant. I also have a primitive fear of electricity (although I love making lamps and setting up lighting). Is it difficult? What do you need to do it?
Info and/or links would be sooo nice, if you don't mind!
A how-to would be appreciated once you've figured it out.
Thanks, Joey!
