Baked Nutella & Cream Cheese Sandwich

Nutella (obviously). Cream cheese. A sprinkle of salt, and crusty Italian bread. Crisp toasted outside and hot, gooey inside, oozing with tangy cream cheese and the scent of chocolate and hazelnuts.This is dessert, in the guise of a sandwich.
