You may remember reading about David Petersen's remarkable house in Brooklyn a while back -- a Moby Dick of a housing tale. One of the architects, Anshu Bangia, sent in more pictures of the house and directed us to her website, which has even more pics of their other work. The Petersen house is remarkable, but all of these pics deserve a look...

Nice
A beautiful house but it looks a bit like living in a goldfish bowl.
Is there really not any type of window treatments? I would think that at least some of the windows would need something to keep prying eyes out!
Is there really only one chair in the living room?
The side staircase is always an elegant solution for tight row homes.
I wonder why they offset the double doors on the back instead of keeping everything symmetrical like the front facade.
I see that there are blinds and what-not over the windows once looking at her actual website instead of just the pictures that were shown.
It is a beautiful house and full of light and air!
Living in Brooklyn with no window coverings or treatments......ummm, not a good idea.
Beautiful house.
love the light but do NOT like the fact that every person walking by can see right into the home. something of a safety issue i would think. blinds please!
There are window treatments if you check out the pics on her website. These are most likely shots taken to highlight the architecture, not the interior design, which is often done with projects like this. (Notice there isn't any mess, either? All staged.) I really like this building because it's modern, but doesn't seem out of place within the other homes on the street. Coolio.
The art in the foyer is stunning!
Dave's a great guy. He deserves every inch of this awesome house. God knows he's earned it.
such airy home. really love every bit of it.
WOW this home is just a dream..and I bet its as beautiful as any in Manhattan and more affordable because its in BROOKLYN! Great find!
