We have to admit, this has happened a couple of times in our own relationship: A spat has ended with one of us sleeping on the couch. It's cliche, we know, but unfortunately it really does happen sometimes...
As we all know, the cliche goes that men are banished from the bed to the couch after a particularly bad argument. But what about studio apartment dwellers? Or those with a guest room? Does the couch apply only to those of us with one bedroom?
In a studio, in this unfortunate event, does one sleep on the floor? In a chair?
We find it hard to believe that those with two (or three or four or more) bedrooms actually sleep on the couch after an argument. Wouldn't you just use the guest bedroom?
Let us know - where have you (or your partner) been relegated when an argument has led to a night apart?
