Ed Barber and Jay Osgerby designed Sony's exhibition for the fair in Milan this week. It is an experimental "noiseless" sound absorbing space designed to focus your other senses and help to discover new architypes to be used when thinking about and designing products that deal with sound in the home. We can only imagine that it would be an unusual experience (as well as a welcome respite) to have in the midst of a huge, noisy design fair.
