We want these. Because In our minds, these versatile Basket bowls will be the key to successful centerpieces after years of failed attempts at floral arrays and still life arrangements.

Our last effort looked less like Martha Stewart's Parisian Dinner Soirée and more like a disastrous Drawing 101 assignment at a state-funded college. (That's not a dig at state-funded art school curriculums. But in our undergrad Drawing 101 class, we were forced to render a manky boot, moldy cheese, tatty silk flowers, and about 23 yards of faded gingham. And it was traumatizing.)

These lovely Basket bowls come in two sizes: The large is big enough to stuff flowers in (and still look effortlessly chic); the small would function perfectly by the door, perhaps a place to throw keys or pocket change. Designed by Amy Adams and handmade by Perch! in Brooklyn, these rank high on our list of Possibly Housewarming gifts...for ourselves.
