Anything that makes the lives of parents easier is worth a look. We like the styling of Beaba's Babycook and Blender.
The Babycook is small - ideal for baby size-sized portions. Beyond food processing, the Babycook has a steam, defrost and heat functions so you can do all of your babyfood making in one container.
Available here but it doesn't seem they deliver outside the U.K.

Looks like a wonderful product & it seems to have rave reviews. After a bit of searching I found it here. http://www.mothercare.com/gp/product/B000JFJJGM/ref=sc_plp_c_4_0_42773041_m_A2LBKNDJ2KZUGQ_1?ie=UTF8&n=42773041&s=&v=glance&mcb=core
I am not ordering it yet since my daughter is 9 weeks old but iit looks as if they do ship to the U.S.!! I'm definately bookmarking this link!
looks like a great product. assuming it plugs in that could be a bigger issue.

The Beaba is also now available at Williams Sonoma and has a cool demo video to watch:

you all know that this isn't bpa-free, right?
Hopefully it'll just be a matter of time before they go BPA-free. I wanted one of these really badly when my son was eating baby food, but I went the route of using our regular steamer, then blending or straining the food by hand, to save money. SUCH a bad idea! I should have at least bought a food mill.
Actually, it's already BPA free: http://www.zrecommends.com/detail/beaba-babycook-bpa-free/
I have one, and while I try to stay away from unitaskers in my kitchen, I LOVE it.
