Are you a frequent late-night bedtime smartphone/tablet user? Are your arms tired from holding up that heavy tablet trying to text, browse the web, or play apps the night away? Just say no to tendinitis with a bedside tablet mount!
The $80 spiderArm is actually a decent looking swing arm mount that we could see having on our nightstand without sticking out like a sore thumb.
Padholdr makes a $150 floor stand that lets you read in bed. It sits on the floor and requires you to maneuver it in and out of place but that also lets you put it away and out of sight. Not nearly as adjustable though.
The ChargerCity Adjustable Gooseneck Arm may not be the prettiest thing but it's a reasonable $47. Plus it's gooseneck lets you position it however you like, although the arm does look a bit short to us.
We're not saying we'd put these in our homes, but it's out there if you wanted to, and just knowing that we could puts crazy ideas into our heads.
