This lighting concept from designer Yar Rassadin is based on the hexagonal shapes of the bee's natural building process and crystal technology &mdash inspiring the use of Swarovski crystals in a honey yellow color...

Maybe it's just my monitor, but they're unfortunately the exact color of Dramamine - am having an intense flashback to waves of childhood carsickness....
Not in my home, but in a retail, restaurant, or boutique space these would be stunning.
love 'em.
Gorgeous, but the lamps have that sickly yellow of those awful streetlights -- is it *sulfur* lights? I forget the chemical. Maybe it's just my monitor, but I wish it were in a honeyish amber gold rather than the brighter, lighter yellow.
Lovely!! But I agree with LJBMonkey that a more amber-ish or paler color would be better.
I like them, but can't help thinking about how hard they will be to dust
Wonderful -- a mid-century feel but totally fresh!
Very pretty...I agree with ljbmonkey though, it would be much better if it was a honey colored. I imagine the yellow light to be too intense/unnatural.
Yellow is my least favorite color too...
...but I can certainly appreciate the 70's vibe.
They're cute, but are awfully literal. They make me think of a themed restaurant.
I'd love these in warmer, more subdued tones of honey. Perhaps even a multicolor.
Guh, can't stand all this Swarovski crystal stuff. Bad bad bad.
they'd be very cool as color spectrum access (cerulean & robins egg blue), esp in other shapes/sizes...
