When Mihalis found this lumber warehouse, it was naked and raw. The old wooden doors needed to go. The floor was unfinished The space was dark. Being very handy, Mihalis took the challenge and remodeled this dull Brooklyn space into a peaceful den.
He changed the old door into an automated door, painted the floor and the walls, and built floating shelves.
The mezzanine in the back was already there. All he needed was a little bit of imagination and patience.
The back of the space has been transformed into bedrooms and a boudoir. The plants add plenty of life to the old warehouse, while street finds and bricolage work their magic.
