I found this before and after and loved not just the transformation, but the use of reclaimed wood pieces to create an entirely new tabletop. Take a look!

Using wood pieces from a discarded trellis found in her garden, Taryn from Design, Dining and Diapers created a fresh, stylish table that showcases the beautiful colors and textures running through the found wood scraps.
For details on the full makeover, including a great story on how Taryn found the wood to make the new tabletop, head on over to Design, Dining and Diapers.

I really like that table. Very crisp modern with a touch of rustic.
Beauteous! I love that it looks so fresh and clean and new without being cold, or mid-century modern, which I like, but see so much of! Good one!

Cute table but the words diapers and dinning should never go together.
Clearly the trick to getting all positive comments on this site is to used both unpainted and painted wood. You satisfy both constituencies!

Love! I liked the "before" and I wondered what could have been done with it--often I prefer the "befores" over the "afters". But it's beautiful.I never could have come up with it.Guess I have no imagination. :)
