Location: Warsaw, Poland
So perfect for Projects month! Aga sent in this small series of photos that show the changes that she and Adrian have made to their apartment since the last time it appeared on Apartment Therapy.
Aga writes: I've already had the pleasure of being posted here, almost 3 years ago, time flies:)). Since then, the place was repainted, furniture improved, redecorated, and the cat grew up,My boyfriend Adrian movid in and we got a little dog called Bajka (Fairytale), so it's been busy. But it's still a colorful, sunny and loving home.
I thought that maybe it would be interesting to see the improvements we managed to have in our space in the course of these past 3 years. I prepred these small collages of the before and after.

Thanks, Aga & Adrian!

Nomade Express Slee...
great post! kitten before & after is my favorite part!
I love seeing these types of post. How people gradually shape a space is real and inspiring.
Kitty cat!
Where is the light above the bed from?
is that pink chalkboard paint in the kitchen? cute.
ha, kitty got to big to sit on the footboard!
light is duka store - www.duka.com :)
Awesome! You can really see, in the most subtle ways, how your style has evolved and how you have "matured" in the space. I absolutely love it.
Pink would have been the last hue I would have thought to put in a kitchen but it really works and adds a perfect pop of color.
Nice to see that simple, sutle changes (aside from sofa) can make a big difference. Nice job.
It's always interesting to me to see the evolution over time of a space like this.
Also, the floors. The floors are killing me. So lovely!
Thanks! Looks like they don't sell in the US. Oh,well. :)
the littlest changes make such a huge difference!
Where's the puppy?
I love all the improvements. They still reflect your style but in an up-graded kind of way.
The chalkboard is a vinyl sticker, super easy applicable, mine is from holland, but im sure u can ebay it:)
LOL! I'm glad I'm not the only one whose place is constantly evolving decor wise. Love all the little changes that make a big impact. Very nice choices throughout. Love also, that a lot is from Ikea..so we normal and budget friendly people can take your ideas and try them for themselves. Great post and great apartment!
P.S. Love the kitty! :)
Puppy? You mean the kitty? Did I miss seeing the puppy!?!
A million thank yous to you for taking your photographs from as close to the same angle as possible. Brilliant apartment. Stylish and lived in, but not cluttered. Love the pink in the kitchen. =)
Beautiful floors- are those typical in Warsaw? I've often thought I would enjoy living there, and floors like this would be one more plus.
Trust me kitty can stretch out on that footboard when needed. Probably with all four legs dangling!
I love the kitty pillow on the bed! Where is it from?! WANT! & This place is so cute I love it!
Great idea for a post!!! It's fun to watch the transformation! I'm kind of in the same position. I've been living in my current place for three years and I'm slowly updating it. I have never lived in one place for more than two years (as an adult), so I've never seriously decorated before. It's has been a fun exploration of who I am and what I like.
I understand why the sectional works for their space, but I really like those blue chairs in the before - does anyone know what/where??
Beautiful! Love the tile in the bathroom.
Those floors!!!!.....
The kitty pillow reminds of the manga Chi's Sweet Home, though I don't know if it's actually related to it!
Nice! It's lovely to see the changes and improvements :)
Wspaniale! (That means splendid or fabulous in Polish) :)
Really Awesome! Love the kitty pillows and bathroom tiles:-)
Hej, the blue chairs are ikea from 1997, vintage:))
small changes makes such a difference. lovely update :) cute to see your kitty all grown up.
I LOVE this. I'm currently at the first stage, where despite my best efforts, my decor feels bitty and disparate. This post has really helped me come up with ideas for making my place look more cohesive and 'grown up'!
I would love more posts like this and fewer "vignette" posts. I'm sure she cleaned up/picked up for the photos, but this a very realistic post!
Thanks!
Great post. This is very helpful. And what a refreshing change to have photos shot from the same angles and pretty much the same light!
great to see the photos taken from the same vantage point. This really shows it up well. I guess the lesson here is to refine the colour scheme makes the space appear larger.
