Kimberly joined in our Apartment Therapy Style Cure in 2013 and, even though she went into this bathroom update with pretty low expectations, she wound up getting a huge style upgrade on a budget.

First things first, she made a mood board and a step-by-step plan to really get her motivated for a big change. To save money, she chose to refinish her existing fixtures with spray paint rather than replacing them. Those gorgeous new shelves are actually made from scrap wood she had on hand. Final damage? Only 70 smackers!

Kimberly says, "I am so happy with the final result and I would have never done it without the encouragement from you and your readers. Thanks for guiding me along, AT!"

Thank you Kimberly!
