It's hard to imagine how much planning and manpower it took to make these scenes come alive. Where does one even find a giant polar bear in a chef's hat? There are five completely different worlds in a one-block span (you can see the rest of the windows over at Trendland).
Gorgeous! What do you think? Do you have any favorite holiday window displays this year?

The first one kind of makes me think of the White Witch from The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. I can't stop looking at it.
I'm scared. Halloween or Christmas?
@ hollystuff - i immediately thought the exact same thing. very Narnia, but in a creepy way.
oh, these are absolutely magical. stunning!
I find this a little macabre.
Maybe it looks better in person?
Oh I love it.. What a cool job to be the window dresser/planner
I had the luck to see these in person... and maybe that's what it takes. If you're in NYC, you must go! They're truly breathtaking.
But Bergdorf's windows are great all year round! I pass them everyday on my way home from work. The team that puts them together is brilliant! They make me happy 365 days a year! This Christmas' paper window is STUNNING! And I always love the polar bears when they make a cameo appearance!
These are beautiful! But, what are they supposed to make me want to buy? :)
I was just in NYC today and was enthralled by these displays. You have to see them in person to appreciate the artistry and thought that went into them...we might not buy anything but we certainly leave in awe and with a smile:)
Can't wait to see them in person!
I didn't think BirdDog's could top their Alexander McQueen windows...but they did!
AMAZING!!!!!! It looks like David LaChapelle in 3D. LOVE THEM!!
