Berlin Hotel Inspired by Jules Verne

Musician Lars Storschen is the proprietor of the 27-room Propeller Island Hotel in Berlin. Based on the Jules Verne novel, each room has a sci-fi twist, like furniture on the ceiling and beds in the floor boards, everything painted with symbols, or one cozy space inspired by a mineshaft. Rates start at $104/night.
