I picked the monster theme because we love monsters, and because he can be a little monster sometimes.
It made for a colorful and fun theme, and I enjoyed making all the details for the party: The monster invites, monster-printed napkins, the garlands of two's and pompoms, the monster boxes for the utensils, the wooden picture boards, the monster painting, one-eyed jello monsters, octodogs, googly-eyed monster cups, fruit kebobs. The party wouldn't have been such a hit without the wonderful vendors who helped monster-it-up!
A big thank you to: Jen's Cakes for the super awesome monster cake and cupcakes, Gienie Etsy shop for knitting all the adorable chunk monsters for favors, Hey Yo Yo Etsy shop for the straws, Greenfish Catering for the yummy sushi platter, Uncle Ross & Auntie Kate for helping me cut the holes in the boards, my little sister Zoe for taking pictures ALL the time for us, my brother in law for putting all my ideas onto the computer (what would I do without you), my hubby for cutting things in the middle of the night and helping me finish all my little projects & ofcourse the friends and family for making it so much fun!
Thanks Michelle! Readers, visit Michelle at Pitter Patter.
