My vibrant, silly, and artistic daughter is such a fan of the 1970's show Barbapapa. She had a big hand in making the decorations for her party and wanted lots and lots of color and candy.
Her friends decorated their own cupcakes, spent the day on the slip and slide, in a pool full of bubbles, and pulling out every toy in our house. It was a fun, happy, perfect day.
