Name: Wyatt (2)
Location: Chicago, IL
We just threw a big bash for my 2-year-old son. He's a Wyatt, so I had to use this opportunity to throw a cowboy party before he grows up and vetoes my ideas in favor of Star Wars, or robots, or whatever is coming my way.
Upon arrival, guests suited up with hats, bandannas, badges, and paper mustaches. Everyone was given a homemade hobby horse to complete the look.
The table was set with breakfast goodies that I would imagine to be typical suburban cowboy fare: trail mix, sausage biscuits, and cheesy grits. The cupcakes were decorated with steer head picks and glittery fool's gold sanding sugar.
Games and activities consisted of a few rounds of pin-the-mustache-on-the-cowboy; a craft table full of markers, crayons and foam cowboy stickers; and a cowboy boot piñata. And we set up a photobooth so the adults could play dress-up, too.

I'm hoping for a cowboy party for my boy when he turns one this year. Thanks for the inspiration! Love the party, so cute!
Wow, perfect in every way!
Loved the party you did! I am planning my son's first birthday and love the hats etc you gave guests. Can I ask where you purchased these from? ANy guidance on any good websites for suppliers would be appreciated.
