The Little Einsteins theme song has captured our boy's attention from about 4 months old. He loves watching the rocket fly through the sky, so we knew it had to be part of his big day.
I created a backdrop using a roll of tablecloth and clouds cut out of craft foam. For the cake, I made a smash cake that we could pull off the top. Instead of creating red frosting, I used white fondant to create a smooth base and then used edible spray paint to color the rocket so there would be less red mess.
The favor bags included these Kandinsky inspired tops, which I constructed using crepe paper, mod podge, scrapbook paper and some tops I found back in february on clearance after valentine's day.
We also used the backdrop as an opportunity to get some family photos in, simply raised the clouds to adult height and blasted off with the cameras!
Thanks Jessi!

My kids (5 and 11) both loved Little Einsteins when they were younger. I have this pinned to show them later. Wish I had thought of this.
