Name: Frances (2)
Location: St. Louis, MO
When asked what sort of birthday party she wanted, Frances requested a "bye-bye" party. This wasn't a going away themed party though - "bye-bye" was what she called picnic baskets - and she's always loved eating outdoors.
When the baskets come out, it's time to go bye-bye - and so the theme was born. We used a picnic basket theme, along with red and white checkered tablecloths, and a few fun ladybugs.

Super sweet!!
Love it--this is one of the best parties I've seen on the site.
It was a great party! the presentation of food was wonderful, but was also delicious. Great time was had by all, especially the birthday girl!
how delightful! it's childish and fun and sweet!
Oh man! This is, hands down, the best kids party i have seen. Love that it would be totally fun for the kids, but looks beautiful and relaxing for the adult. Detail without the obsessive. WELL DONE!
Love this!!!!!
Looks like a beautiful fun party!!!
this is precious! LOVE the details on the table!
(wishing my daughter didn't have a winter birthday...)
GG_MS....you could certainly do a picnic party for your winter daughter's birthday....just have it inside. I think that would be very cute. The kids could even wear summer clothes, if you wanted to go that far.
