We were momentarily transported back to a carefree, warm summer with Tiffany's party for her daughter. She shares: Pinwheels and polka-dots were the theme of the party simply because they are two of my favorite things.

The invitation by Pinwheel Press inspired the main color scheme of pink, yellow, and aqua. The party took place in our backyard and many items from around our home were used to create a soft vintage feel. There was personalized soda, a photo display on chicken wire, a gumball machine, and starburst pinwheel topped cupcakes.

The cupcake topper idea came from this party post at A Subtle Revelry. The cupcake holders and fun polka-dot straws came from the amazing Etsy shop, PickFair.

Also, the site Pinwhirls was inspiration for the mini pinwheel clothespins on the favor bags.

Thanks Tiffany! Readers, find Tiffany on the blog Lemon Tree Creations.
