Our sweet little cousin Ally recently celebrated her 4th birthday. Ally wanted a "snow" party, so I used a lot of white, light blue and silver.
Her Mom, Melissa, was nice enough to let me help with some of the treats and decor. Treats included dark chocolate coconut cupcakes (meant to look like snowballs) and chocolate cupcakes with traditional vanilla frosting. On a few I added tiny blue fondant snowmen. Melissa helped make white and silver hair bows, which I later made into cupcake toppers. Also on the spread were white chocolate covered pretzels, popcorn balls drizzled in white chocolate, Hershey's Kisses, and heart-shaped cookies. Tissue paper pom poms added a whimsical, girlie touch.

So pretty! Makes me wish one of mine had a winter birthday.
I went over to the blog where there are more pictures, and am impressed with how absolutely darling the cupcakes are. Oh, to be a mom with those skills!
