Tired of the same old product shots from megastores like West Elm, Crate & Barrel, and IKEA? If you're a catalog hound, you can easily get your fix by surfing web photos — especially if you know some lesser-known places to look.
- Bailey's Home and Garden: A British store that focuses on simple, useful and well made products, they have gorgeous photos of farmhouse-style spaces.
- Ferm Living: Wallpapaer companies tend to take beautiful interior photos, and Denmark-based Ferm Living does it as well — or better — than anyone.
- Fog Linen Work: This Japanese store carries a mix of vintage and new furniture, as well as lots of natural linens. The catalog aesthetic is minimal and beautiful.
- Emery & Cie: This European store has a gorgeous, color-saturated bohemian aesthetic that mixes French, Moroccan, and old-world European styles.
- Another Country: A a small contemporary craft furniture company based in Dorset, England, they have lovely product photos shot in English cottages and farmhouses.
- Kartell: Their online catalog is difficult to find and a pain to navigate, but once you're there, it's worth it. They have a HUGE archive of fun, colorful, and fashionable photos.
- Bisazza Mosaico: This Italian tile company is glam to the max, and their online catalog is full of breathtaking installation shots.
- Tine K: This Danish catalog is shot in the home of storeowner Tine, and it's a truly inspirational example of someone living in an uncluttered space furnished with high-quality pieces.
- Roche Bobois: From their Apartment Therapy store profile: "Browsing through the catalog pages of French sofa company Roche Bobois is sort of like flipping through Vogue — everything is unattainable, but it's totally worth a look for inspiration, especially if you're looking for gutsy ideas."
- Bodie and Fou: Based in London, this store is run by two sisters with an eye for inspiring European and French design. The catalog includes lots of family-friendly spaces and kids' rooms.

Howard Butcher Bloc...
holy amazeballs! this post has been my favorite part of this Friday. Apartment Therapy you make me happy. Fan fo Life.
LOL, Singlala! I am adding "holy amazeballs" to my everyday lingo =D
Thank you for the set of links. These look wonderful. :)
Sometimes Chiasso has something irresistible.
Great sources! Thank you.
Interesting links, thanks!
...but I was wondering what is meant with "inspiring European and French design"?
France is still in Europe as far as I know...
What is than European design? Italian maybe? or Spanish perhaps? or Finnish? British?
Shouldn't the links take you to the company itself rather than another AT site?
The Kartell catalog is hard to find, especially because the link in Marketplace is broken...
Charlotte's suggestion makes more sense anyway. What's the point of taking us to Marketplace in the first place?
I really can't say it any better than Singlala. so i guess ditto. :)
I'm moving to England next month and have been looking for good suggestions of places to shop over there. Great timing on this post. Looking forward to checking those places out.
"Amazeballs"—I love it!
