Best Products: Miele Vacuums

5-27-meile.jpgWe have coveted Miele products ever since working for a fabulous but O.C.D. inflicted Interior Designer who insisted that each day begin and end with a good vacuum. She swore by the Miele brand, and we just loved the sexy shape enough to suffer through the twice daily cleanings.

While it seems insane to spend over $400.00 for a vacuum, we must admit that it does the job and everyone who has one swears by it. And while the prices can run up to $800 and beyond, even the cheapest ones are great...

miele colors.jpgThe canisters are the bomb, and as with all Miele vacuums, are made with ABS plastic material, crush-proof hoses, and can come with HEPA filters, which filter lung-damaging particles down to 0.3 microns - that includes dust mites and their feces, which are known allergy triggers.

red star miele.jpgGross but true.

If you are looking for one, we recommend Desco Vacuum on 14th street.
