If Superman were a tool, he'd definitely, without a doubt, be the Shur-Line 10-in-1 Multi-Purpose Tool. This thing can do anything.
We've used it to peel paint, shear stubborn heads off of wall anchors, and open countless cans of paint. Even though we use it all the time, we've never (until now) actually checked into which "10" uses the manufacturer says it's good for:
...reversible screwdriver (flat and philips), hammer head, crown molding scraper, knife point, paint scraper, paint can opener, roller cleaner, nail puller...
If you're counting, you'll realize there's only nine handy tasks listed. As if it weren't working hard enough, when you're finished with all the projects around the house, the 10-in-1 tool will even open your beer.

We recently discovered a slow behind-the-wall leak from our bathtub faucet. Since it had been leaking for awhile, we had some re-tiling and re-grouting to figure out. The 10-in-1 was integral in helping removing old grout from the narrow spaces between our tiles.
To top it all off, this "man of steel" is available on Amazon (and most hardware stores) for only $12 so everyone can afford to make it a staple.
