Last week I wrote about five of my favorites from this year's New York International Gift Fair, among which were some fantastic outdoor mats. This week the coverage continues with the best indoor rugs I spotted in the booths.

SCP
As one of the UK’s most colorful manufacturers of contemporary furnishings and décor, SCP’s 2011 collection of floor coverings features a selection of vibrant geometrics from hand loomed wool to flat weave cotton rugs. Pictured above: Mountain Spot, Fairisle, and Scope rugs. Prices range from £475.00 - £895.00.

Nomadic Trading Company
In a project to recycle vintage wool rugs, the Nomadic Trading Company gives new life to old rugs with their Reclaimed Collection. Here, they piece together old floor coverings and add colorful new hues.

Dash & Albert
A company dedicated to providing timeless lifestyle products, Dash & Albert have a winning line of cotton rugs in a wide variety of stripes and color combinations that are both durable and surprisingly affordable. Prices start at $30.

Dwell Studio
In their latest collection, Dwell has some great options covering everything from bold to textural. Some of my favorites include this Big Floral pattern, Loop Texture and Chelsea Stripe Floral patterns. Available in Fall 2011.

Sprout Side Table
Anyone know where to find that brown upright cabinet with the circle motif? Gorgeous!
@slk: I'm guessing the cabinet is also Dwell Studio, since they have the same pattern on several of their rugs (http://www.dwellstudio.com/modern-home-decor/rugs/gate-azure-cream-rug-5x8.html) but I don't see it on their website.
Wow, I apparently didn't see the title of this post... I thought it was going to be about the furniture in all 3 pics!
re: Nomadic Trading Company's Reclaimed collection, how did the rugs feel to the touch? (I assume you got to touch them.) The Color Reform series carried by ABC Carpet (also reclaimed and overdyed) is really not nice-feeling anymore. Which is a shame since I like the concept so much....
@Bender - I thought that too but couldn't find it after scouring their site. Off to check the rest of the interweb!
@slk Please let me know if you find where the cabinet is from, its the reason I read this post!
The cabinet is from DwellStudio's new furniture line, which will be available soon.
Nice to see I'm not the only one who clicked on this because of that cabinet.
Rugs, shmugs, that cabinet is to die for. Didn't even realize it was DwellStudio's gate pattern. So pretty!
Where do people in NYC go to buy permanent padding to go under the rugs that are environmentally safe? I just got a rug and I would like a cushy but safe pad!
Thanks! Bonny
The rugs are fairly nice to the touch, they are wool so it's not going to be extra soft like a silk rug would be. However they feel great and smooth!
