Q: I was hoping to get some advice on the best window treatment for two casement windows in our living room. I want to be able to accommodate opening the window. (To open the window you open the screen toward the inside, then push the window out and then close the screen.) There is also a radiator under the window and a pipe along the left side, so I'm concerned that panels are not a good choice. The opposite side of the room has the same window/radiator without the pipe. Would appreciate any ideas!
