Anyone who's had a few PCs will tell you that you can make yours look like anything, if you've got the right case. While some cases are a bit too ostentatious and customized, there are quite a few that would look stellar on anyone's desk. Here are the ones that we liked that will fit any budget.
2. Recompute's Sustainable Carboard Case Recompute creates these cardboard computer cases, which will work for anyone who enjoys green design. The case costs $200 with a power supply.

4. Cooler Master HAF 932 At $140, this case is pretty affordable and has all of the features necessary for most users. We like how easily you can access some of the front-side ports.
5. Antec LanBoy Air This case is a modular and allows you to extensively customize it to fit your needs. It's also open and airy, which will look good since it's got integrated lighting. It's available in yellow, blue, and red for $170.

I was a fan of the recompute until it was released. Very little of it is made of recycled material and the Case alone is $200. The full systems are overpriced and under powered. The whole thing is pretty disappointing.
On the other hand ASUS just announced that the packaging for their newest Mini-ITX motherboards will double as a case. That's a concept that actually reduces waste since the packaging is not significantly increased. The fun can be seen here: http://www.geek.com/articles/chips/asus-turns-motherboard-packaging-into-a-pc-case-2011033/
For the price of the Level 10, I really wish the fit and finish was a little better. The bays sag some when they are opened. For a $700 case you think they could get everything right.
cardboard computer cases... perfect to attract dust or maybe to start a fire?
Big fan of the Corsair Obsidian 650D, 700D, and 800D. I have used Lian Li to date, and am happy. Will probably try out a 650D this year.
