We at Apartment Therapy think there's nothing more enjoyable than a beautifully designed, well planned kitchen complete with a stylish yet sophisticated backsplash, a place where you can celebrate family and friends and experiment with that recent recipe find. So we teamed up with Mission Stone & Tile to introduce their Beveled Arabesque Glazed Ceramic, a tile so uniquely shaped that no matter what your taste—classic, contemporary, or eclectic—it will instantly bring new life to your kitchen or bath.

Break away from the standard subway tile shape, and embrace the ornate beauty of award-winning Beveled Arabesque from Mission Stone & Tile. Combined with natural stone or other ceramic or porcelain tiles, Beveled Arabesque is perfect not only for your kitchen but also for a bath and shower accent panel, a bathroom wainscot, or a fireplace surround. It will add character and interest without pomp or circumstance.

Originally available in White and Ivory, Mission Stone & Tile has added four more Color Options to the Beveled Arabesque line! While White and Ivory offer versatility, you will find that these new neutral colors—Chocoholic, Paris Nights, Sun Kissed Moroccan and Up in Smoke—will allow you to work with many other color palettes as you turn your kitchen into the workspace of your dreams.

Shaw's Original Fir...
wow, that is very beautiful...moroccan theme?
omg....LOVE
I audibly gasped at this... wow this is lovely!
And all credit to beekeeperswife from the Gardenweb Kitchen forum, whose beautiful kitchen is pictured above. She won some kind of contest (can't remember the details) and her prize was tile from Mission Stone; she picked the Arabesque and used it in her really gorgeous space. I think the Mission people brought in a photographer who shot these images.
my favorite tiles. so beautiful.
Love, but isn't that going to be a pain in the neck to keep clean?
Love the tile but what is going on with that fauset above the stove?!?! Have I missed some new house trend?!
obviously that was supposed to be "faucet*"
It's easy to keep clean. You need to use the right grout. I know, this is my kitchen! We are big cooks, including lots of sauces, so we don't baby this tile. My kitchen would not have the same pizazz if I didn't use this tile. It is one of the best features of my kitchen, it reminds me of a quilted patent leather purse from Chanel. If you care to give my DIY project a "thumbs-up", it is currently entered in a contest, voting ends 5/13/11. Just click on the thumbs-up icon under the photo. http://lifestyle.msn.com/your-home/designer-in-you/contest/room.aspx?contentid=4346
gorgeous
Oh my gosh, I am in love. Just bookmarked this page for when I get my own kitchen! Or maybe in my bathroom too!
outstanding.that is so gorgeous. i'm wish listing this.
ebarrett3, it's a "pot filler faucet" or a "pasta faucet" <--which is what I would be using it for most often, and I will have one someday! I love them for deep stockpots that weigh a ton full.
Dang that tile is freking awesome! I must have! Wonder how it would work on floors? I'd like to retile my bathroom floor.
So gorgeous. I love arabesque tile, but especially love the additional bevel. Simply stunning.

Hello! Amazing job on your beautiful kitchen. I'm thinking of using this same time in my small semi-open kitchen. Would you mind sharing which type of grout and caulk you used?
