Why do we love white kitchens? Let us count the ways.
Because they feel sanitary for food prep, let your cooking set the mood, seem airy and uncluttered, make smaller spaces appear larger, date themselves less quickly, and allow slight variations in color and texture to have big visual impact.
For all these reasons and more, white kitchens are where it's at for Kitchen & Bath Month. Which ones do you love?

I LOVE #4, 5, 7, 9 and 10!
i can't wait till we get to redo our kitchen, which will also be in white
I love number 1, but does it come with a latter?
I don't have a blissfully happy white kitchen, I have a white-on-white-on-white renters kitchen. Lol that would be a funny gallery post!
I love # 1 because of the chevron pattern wood floor
Makes perfect sense: take the "heart of the home," the place where people naturally congregate, and the room where the messiest activities in a home are likely to take place, and turn it into a sterile, lifeless, impersonal, laboratory-like cell that's impossible to keep clean.
way too sterile looking for my taste!!!
one, three and ten: lovely kitchens
i love white kitchens. the kitchen from the move "practical magic" will always be my inspiration
We love WHITE and while apartment hunting found the whitest of white themed building 650 Sixth Avenue also known as The White Space NYC condominium hence the name and of course the glorious white kitchens.
I love #4 and #5 - I love white kitchens that have no cabinet doors on top, so you can showcase your dishes and also find your food easily. It makes the kitchen a pallette for the food instead of trying to pretend it is an end in itself.
I'd love a hybrid between 1 and 10.
I don't particularly like #9, I can't put my finger on it but i just get the feeling that the kitchen is trying to hard between the artichoke, the ghost chair and the marble. I dunno... I wonder if they cook?
yum yum yum!! love a white kitchen...

I love the plain white in the first one. the cabinets are so modern and tie the room in together.
I don't like 7 and 8 #9 and #10 are my favorite. I love white kitchens. Colored kitchens don't feel clean to me. I like to enjoy the visual beauty of the colors from the various ingredients when I am cooking and don't want to be distracted by too much color and knick knacks all over the place.
Can anyone tell me the name of the poster/artist in kitchen image #4?
I love white kitchens too and I did mine in white when I remodeled it. I feel it is important to have a warm material like wood in a white kitchen to keep it from feeling too sterile -- wood floors and/or countertops are great. A white kitchen can be very stylish, but when it looks as much like an art gallery as it does a kitchen (Numbers 1 and 2), I really don't like it. Numbers 3 and 10 are very nice.
