Blogging Living Etc.: Wall Collections

A collection of plates is displayed in a unusual, ultra-condensed arrangement.

An excellent small space solution - get your collection off of the surfaces of your room (or out of storage!) and onto the walls. A very high shelf shows off photos but leaves plenty of open wall space to keep things visually in balance.

How are those plates being held up there though? I can't tell from the picture but it looks like ribbon is involved?

And the photo is from an old issue, sometime from last year, can't remember the exact issue. Actually I'd be pretty scared if I could remember the exact issue it was in!
