The red entryway with a strong black-and-white tiled floor encased in glass, and that divine peacock color is paired with chartreuse for the stairwell. On the right: Hot pink mixed with muted blues and pinks.
Left: Bedroom with a tufted blue satin headboard with a shape that compliments the ornate gold wallpaper. And on the right: Blazing red and even more chartreuse for the sitting room.

We need more colorful-happy homes like this...
I've been reading AT for a couple months now but have hesitated to register 'cause of folks' snarky comments. But seeing this vibrant and cheerful house with Indian motifs forced me to finally do it. The riot of color is like a Holi in your house!

Oh wow. This is fantastic. That pink room would have been incredible to have as a child-teenager! The first photo - of the living room is incredible, I imagine having a bad day at work or having to go out during a harsh Winter and then entering that colourful place and all petty problems being automatically washed away by that colour attack!
I think I'd go crazy with so much in every room but I do like the blue bedroom

I love this house! Bright happy colors spell bright happy inhabitants.
the photos are bad. this was laid out in last month's Canadian House & Home (April) and it is unbelievable. A full-on assault of color and pattern layered one on the other.
I believe this is actually two different people's homes. One is an editor and the other a decorator she collaborates with.

It might be bright 'n happy, but I think I'd go a little wacky from all the brilliant colours... hot pink in the bedroom? Yeah, THAT's relaxing -- if you're Barbie!

I don't think I could live with these color combos 24-7 however, I would love to be friends w/ the person who lives here. What a treat to walk into this space and be enrobed in vibrancy and cheer!
I get the magazine and the friend's home that Holly D helped designed or helped with is quite a bit toned down - I liked it much more. I think she does colour well but too much of a good thing in my opinion.

I'm all for bright colors when done right; but this is downright obnoxious!
This looks more like Barbie's dreamhouse...too bright for me.
