Patrick's window was being worked on while I was there. His room is called "The Bachelor Party" and is the darkest and moodiest of the lot.
It was hard to work today for switching over and watching the inauguration, but I thought you might want to see where I was early this morning. While it was freezing outside, I was in the Bloomingdale's windows testing out their internet connection and checking on the installation of Jane, Patrick and Curtis' window displays. They're being installed, Apartment Therapy style, right now and should be done by tonight...
You can follow it all right here, www.bigwindowchallenge.com, and head below the jump for more pics...
Tomorrow we'll be able to show them to you in all their glory and you can vote on which one you like the best.
Happy Inauguration Day!

The openings to the window are hidden in the store and locked when installation isn't going on. One of the entrances is right here through the Marc Jacob's store

Getting closer! The windows are a lot smaller than you expect.

The Bloggers Office is still a mess! This is where I'll be living on Thursday.

This is Curtis' incredible paint by numbers wall already installed.

This is a beautiful wall in Jane's room.

This is the TV screen that will be showing our site live and keeping track of the window voting for the next two weeks

Jane's window is the most done already. Here's a nice reveal.

I can't wait to see how these turn out. I love that sultry grey that Patrick's using on his walls. How much would I love to sit and watch as a display window set-up took shape?
I must tell you that you guys kill me with your misuse of apostrophes!
It's going to look incredible as usual. I too wish I can watch the display take shape.
And you can get the poster in Color as well:

Love Patrick's window so far!!
Lovely ! I wish i could be in NY and have a look at the windows for real...
Okay the cynic in me is now happy about the AT/Bloomingdale's windows. I did not realize it was readers doing the windows.
LOve,LOve, LOVE Patrick's wall color he used.
Lighting that wall color is so difficult, and it is looking really looking good.
Did you use F&B Pelt?
The paint by number wall, I remember your lovely apartment, such a truly clever fun treatment to a wall.
I'd really like fabric like that!
The 'blogger's room' armchair is very in line with what I'm looking for for my living room (if it's incredibly INexpensive - otherwise I will keep scouring thrift stores)... any ideas on where it's from?
Patrick's room looks similar to what I'm currently doing to my dining room (Farrow & Ball Hague Blue, darkish woods, traditionalesque). I love the painted picture frames, and am happy to see it so successfully executed!
