Bookshelves in the Bathroom

We know, we know, the humidity could ruin books in a full bathroom. But what about in a powder room? Don't you think a shelf of books for toilet-time perusal would be a cool addition to a bathroom? Take a look at a little inspiration:

The shelves in the last pic don't have books on them, but we love the look and think something similar could be done for holding books. And that bathtub in image four - we're not sure we'd ever actually implement that, but it's fun as inspiration. Needless to say, same goes for the veritable library in the first image! I guess the only down-to-earth example is the shelf in Hemmingway's bathroom shown in the second image, which we really do find appealing.

What do you think? Does your reading material in the bathroom amount to enough to justify a shelf?
