I've always loved covering a wall completely with pictures the way it's done here. I had a wall like that when I lived in NYC. It particularly works when you have neutral creams, whites, and gray prints and pencil and ink sketches as in this pic with black frames. Mine was a collection of 18 vintage prints of Greek statuary that I found in a Paris flea market that obviously came out of an old book.
