A family in Orleans, Massachusetts hired Boston-based architects ZeroEnergy Design to design a new energy-efficient house to replace their existing lake home. The new 2,300 square foot space includes green design elements like radiant floors, a living green roof and solar electric panels which provides about 30% of the home’s electricity.

Dream house! It's so bright and lovely.

Thanks for your comments! Judyhrob, the stools are from CB2.com but I think they discontinued this particular model.

This is how I imagine Heaven to look! Those green kitchen countertops and that enthanol fireplace are perfection!

Knocking down a house and then building a new 23 000 square foot house to replace it is not "green".
On a lighter note, the house looks lovely.

The barstools are "Window Seat" and were available from CB2. They've been since discontinued.
Actually, I have black ones I've been looking to replace with some walnut ones (Hole) from LaPalma in the event you were interested.
