Paper Source

Another great store for color inspiration during this month's focus on Fall Colors is Paper Source, with 4 locations around greater Boston. We survived on this store during design school but we now see it in a different light as a fantastic resource for DIY supplies, color and pattern inspiration and unique home goods...

Paper Source offers much more than just paper (although that is their specialty). We consider it right up there with Anthropologie for store displays that give us inspiration for our own home decor. They always have a lovely mix of reclaimed and recycled tables and chairs to showcase their wares.

There's always a great selection of small goods that would make lovely house warming gifts or would add a great punch of color to your own home. We've managed to find a variety of uses for their handmade papers including matting photographs and recovering lamp shades. Its a wonderful craft resource that changes focus according to the season and if you've never been, find the closest shop and stop by soon!

Ah! I was scoping out those metal cut-out candle holders just this weekend - now I HAVE to go back. I think the gray, the white, and the creme, hung clustered above my vanity at varying heights...

That store looks amazing, I can see myself spending so much money in there! Too bad it's in Mass. I'll have to look for something similar in Pgh, I need some 20lb colorful paper for a project.

I love love LOVE to wander through Paper Source! It makes me sad if I walk past the Boylston store and they're closed - their windows always look so great and inspiring that I get sucked in. I could spend millions in there!
