Good Question: Corner Toilet Turmoil!

02_23_GQ1.jpgHELP, AT! I need a corner toilet for a tiny entrance powder room. Originally we were going to put in a toilet with a tank behind the wall. However, now that the bathroom is gutted, we see that the wall is made of metal and concrete. We have to replace the original hideous corner toilet with a new one and can't find anything as nice as the one you pictured on AT Boston. Thanks, Marcia

We found this cute corner commode in a quick search for $319. Anyone have other tips on corner toilet sources or brand names? Check out Kyle's original corner toilet post here.

Have you tried a plumbing supply store or even Home Depot?
I have a floor mounted/wall drain (it looks like a regular toilet but the drain is in the wall instead of in the floor). I wanted to replace it but couldn't find anything online. I spoke a guy at Home Depot and he pulled out a huge book of toilets about the size of a phone book and found that there were three floor mounted/wall drain that could be ordered. Unforturnately you get less variety but I'm sure in the big book of toilets there are corner ones to chose from.

Not a corner toilet, but Kohler (and others) make a tankless toilet. Expensive, but it may fit your needs.

Eljer makes a couple of them. Take a look at www.eljer.com and, if you see one you like, any plumbing supply place should be able to get it for you.

You could build a 45 degree wall in that corner and use a conventional toilet...But I agree the corner toilets are a bit fun!
