Good Question: Green Glass Vase Source?

03_03_GQ.jpg

Hi Apartment Therapy! I am trying to track down a beautiful green glass vase - it's a prop from the Pottery Barn catalog. I called, but they said they had no information on the props. Maybe you'd have more luck? Thanks so much, Hilary in CT

I buy vases at Michael's Crafts, and everyone thinks they're fine pottery from art fairs. They often have colored glass as well. Wait for a sale and you can usually get them 30-50% off of the already cheap price.

Crate and Barrel is selling a squat version of this vase online. They call it the Kiwi Vase. Here's the link:

I'm sure there are other versions similar to this available at thrift and antique stores.

that looks like depression glass as my father used to call it. Green was cheap apparently.
