Illuminated LED Ornaments

Before you panic, we're not suggesting that you start thinking about the December holidays in October. But we are suggesting that these outdoor holiday ornaments could be fun indoors, year-round.

It's true that we're especially partial to the trio of colors represented here (for proof, check out our Jamaica Plain house tour) AND we can't resist the temptation to use little white lights year-round in our home. But seriously wouldn't these be fun in your kitchen?

These Frontgate lights come in two sizes (11.5" and 16.5") and the three colors shown. They use multiple LED lights (in each orb) which are more efficient than incandescent. For more information click here.

i have to say when i first saw these i did NOT think Christmas ornament/decoration, i just saw some pretty lanterns. I think in non-traditional holiday colors they would certainly work as some cool accent lighting. The organge throws off the predictable red/green xmas comobo.

But it is scary to see xmas stuff already creeping up, i saw a display of xmas items in a shop this weekend! way too soon!
