Limited Edition Pattern Books From the V&A Museum

VandABooks.jpg

The Victoria & Albert Museum is one of our top sources for design inspiration in London, but since it’s quite a long journey to the UK, we were happy to discover this first set in a series of limited edition pattern books published by the V&A featuring diverse patterns of The Fifties, Indian Florals, William Morris, and Digital Pioneers.

Each book comes with a CD containing the images which can be licensed for commercial use or reworked and repurposed for designs and crafts. With shipping, the set costs about $75 US — a heck of a lot less than the cost of a plane ticket to London — and the books are also available individually from the V&A Shop website. Once the set is sold out, no more will be produced so it’s worth snatching them up while they're still available.
